Know what to say while you're still on the call.

Most AI notetakers tell you what happened after the call. psstbee listens with you and tells you what's unclear, what doesn't add up and what to ask next, while you can still do something about it.

30 free minutes, over one call or several. No card. Then $27 a month.

You're on the phone with someone who does this all day.

They know the policy, the script and what to say next. Now you've got someone on your side too.

  1. Your call, on speaker

Any call on any phone. Speaker lets your mic hear both sides.

  2. psstbee, open beside you

It follows along and shows what doesn't add up and what to ask next. Only you can see it.

Someone at a kitchen table under a water-stained ceiling, listening to a call on speaker, with psstbee open on a laptop beside the phone

"No conditions at all." Thirteen seconds later, a condition.

You were thinking about your next sentence, as anyone would be. psstbee was still on the last one, and on everything before it.

  1. Dana0:37

It's our best price, it applies to everyone, no conditions at all.

  2. You0:44

Okay. And if we commit to a full year of volume, does that change anything?

  3. Dana0:50

Well, with fifty thousand units a year minimum we could look at the eight percent, that's what it's normally tied to.

  • NoticedUpdated0:50

The 8% was described as having no conditions, but it is tied to a 50,000 unit annual minimum.

Earlier: Dana is contradicting an earlier statement about conditions on the discount.

    Say it like this

Earlier you said no conditions. Can you put the 50,000 minimum and the price below it in writing?

For the calls where you can't miss a thing

A call with

"You're fully covered." Then the words "as long as".

  1. Agent

I can see your claim for the water damage. You're fully covered, so you're all set.

  2. You

So the ceiling and the floors are both included?

  3. Agent

Yes, both, as long as it wasn't gradual seepage. That's excluded under section four.

Ask nextHow do you decide whether it was gradual?

  • Double-check0:19

You were told you're fully covered, but gradual seepage is excluded under section four.

    Say it like this

You said fully covered. Can you put that in writing, and tell me how you decide if it was gradual?

Written examples of what psstbee looks for. It flags things to ask about and doesn't give legal, tax or insurance advice. Tell everyone on the call you're using it.

It listens for three things

  • What nobody explained

A term, a number or a promise you may want pinned down, with the question that pins it down.

    • Worth asking0:37

"DAP terms" came up. Ask what shipping and customs costs that leaves with you.

  • What doesn't add up

A date, a figure or a claim that clashes with what was said earlier, including what you said yourself.

    • Double-check0:07

The renewal date looks off. You said June, Dana said April.

  • What people give away

Hedging, enthusiasm, a change of story. It quotes the words, so you can judge for yourself.

    • NoticedConfirmed0:22

Dana sounds unsure about delivery dates.

"should be fine", "probably March", "I'd have to check"

Quick first. Then it checks its own work.

A fast model puts a card on your screen while the moment still matters. A stronger one rereads the call in the background, then confirms the card, corrects it where it stands, or takes it back and tells you why.

An advisor who admits a mistake is one you can trust the rest of the time.

  • Double-checkChecking0:15

15% lower may be well above market. Be ready to back it up.

  • Withdrawn. 15% lower may be well above market. Nothing on the call sets a market rate, so this can't be judged.

How it works

  1. 1

Say what the call is about

A line or a pasted email. It becomes a short brief and the goals you want answered.

  2. 2

Turn on the mic and talk

The transcript runs, notes fill in, goals tick off, and cards appear as things are said.

  3. 3

Hang up with it all written down

What was agreed, who owes what by when, what's still open, and what was corrected.

Questions

How does it hear the call?
Through your device's microphone, in the browser. Nothing joins the call and there's no bot in the meeting. Put the call on speaker, or open psstbee on a laptop next to your phone. For the other voice to be picked up, your mic has to be able to hear it, so headphones won't work.
Does it talk on the call?
No. Everything appears on your screen, and only you see it. You decide what to say.
Should I tell the other person?
Yes. Rules on recording and transcribing calls differ by place, and some require everyone's consent. psstbee reminds you before each call, and it's your responsibility to follow the rules where you and they are.
What happens to my audio?
Audio goes straight from your browser to Soniox for transcription and never reaches our servers. The text goes to Anthropic's Claude models for the advice, and your transcript, notes and summary are saved to your account. Details are in the privacy policy.
Which languages does it understand?
60 languages, including English, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Arabic and Hebrew. It identifies the language as people speak, even when they switch mid-call.
What does it run on?
Any current browser with a microphone, on a phone or a computer. There's nothing to install.
How do the free minutes work?
Your first 30 minutes of call time are free, and they add up. Use them on one long call or six short ones. You don't need a card: sign up with your email, then use the link we send you to choose a password. When the minutes run out, the plan is $27 a month.
How much call time does the plan include?
Starter includes 8 hours of calls a month, and you can split them across as many calls as you like. Unused time doesn't carry over. Businesses with more calls can pick Pro: 20 hours a month for $59.
Can I see it without signing up?
Yes. The demo call plays a scripted negotiation through the real screens, with your mic off and no account.
What if it's not for me?
Cancel anytime from the billing button in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days of your first payment, write to hello@psstbee.com for your money back.
