Terms of Service

psstbee is provided by Andromeda Apps Inc. ("we"). By buying or using it, you agree to these terms.

The service

psstbee transcribes calls through your device's microphone and shows notes, suggestions and a summary. Its output is generated by AI and can be wrong. It isn't legal, financial or other professional advice, and decisions you make on a call are yours.

Free minutes

New accounts get 30 free minutes of call time, once per person, with no card required. They add up across calls. When they run out, you need a plan to start new calls.

Billing

Starter costs $27 (USD) per month and includes 480 minutes of call time per billing period. Pro costs $59 (USD) per month and includes 1200 minutes. The number of calls isn't limited, and unused minutes don't carry over. When your minutes run out, new calls wait until the next billing period or until you switch to a larger plan. Moving from Starter to Pro charges the prorated difference right away. Plans are charged in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Any applicable taxes or card fees are shown at checkout or by your bank. Your statement may show Andromeda Apps Inc. or PSSTBEE. We'll give you notice before changing the price.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from the billing button in the app. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew. Your past calls stay readable after that.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you aren't satisfied, email hello@psstbee.com from the address on your account within 14 days of your first payment, and we'll refund that payment. The guarantee applies once per customer and doesn't cover later renewals, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Your responsibilities

• Follow the laws on recording and transcribing calls wherever you and the other people are. Some places require everyone's consent. Getting it is your responsibility.
• Keep your login to yourself. A plan is for one person.
• Don't use psstbee for anything unlawful, or to harm or harass anyone.

Your content

Your transcripts, notes and summaries are yours. You allow us to process them to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

The service depends on your connection, your microphone and third-party providers, and it may sometimes be unavailable or inaccurate. It's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the outcome of any call or deal.

Ending your access

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we end the service, we'll refund the unused part of any period you've paid for.
